Spooky, not scary

October is here, and I’m enjoying the fall flavors, festivities, and shows inside the season.

I’ve stopped by Starbucks for the PSL, and I quite enjoy the pumpkin cream cold brew. On more recent visits for coffee I’ve encountered a lot of smokers and I don’t enjoy having my coffee taste like cigarettes, or breathing that air, so I’m coffee free for a few days now and looking for other good experiences.

I’m not the biggest on sweet breakfasts and often prefer savory; however, I saw something at the store… the Wednesday cookies and cream. Little coffin shaped bits included. Not my everyday, but I enjoy the idea of supporting another season.

Likewise, not the biggest on fast food, but you can get me through the doors with the right offer and especially if I’m travelling about (The Meal of Misfortune, lucky me, was another nod to the show outside my daily fare of eats).

Travelling about I am, in fact. Other than work, I went to the beach for some salt air and had a great stroll along the boardwalk. A yearly festival ongoing, they had vendors for food, art, nonprofits, and more. I enjoyed the pup jump and sandcastles, too.

Now that I’ve finished up Wednesday I’m thinking about my next watch.

Given the season, I’m looking toward some spooky watches. More spooky than scary tends to be the trend.

I’m revisiting some spooky watches, like The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and just started the brand new season of Interview With The Vampire. Next post soon with a longer list, as the formatting via phone is not how I like it.

Cheers.
